Questions to ask at your interview
In an interview, you will often be asked if you have any questions about the position or the company. Not only is this an ideal opportunity for you to clarify any ‘grey areas’, but also suggests you are genuinely interested in the position.
Here is a list of questions commonly asked by interviewees;
• What training opportunities do your company offer?
• Are there any career development opportunities available?
• What is the company culture like?
• Is there a salary review and/or performance appraisal? If yes, then how often?
• What will be my main responsibilities?
• Who will report directly to me and how experienced are they?
• When will you decide on the appointment?
• What projects will I be in charge of?
