About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity exists for a talentedOccupational Health & Safety Manager to take the next step in their career by joining Becon Constructions' team based in Hallam.
The primary purpose of this highly autonomous role will be to actively manage occupational health and safety including the management systems, policies and procedures whilst providing expert assistance, guidance and direction to the staff.
You will ensure the continued compliance with AS 4801, undertake regular training needs analysis and manage internal audit programs and record keeping, and liaise with all regulatory authorities including Work Cover and develop and maintain a network of peer contacts within the broader OH&S community.
